Operating Rules of the Ujo Cottage

Cottage Ujo is a separate house, designed for recreational stays. The general cleaning between stays and part of the maintenance is taken care of by a cleaning company – Úklidovka Aš.

The technical administrator takes care of the technical maintenance on an as-needed basis.

Both services are provided and the scope of their work is ordered by an authorized person – Mrs. administrator, who also oversees the quality of the work done.

The Aš cleaning service is responsible for the general cleaning of individual rooms after the departure of the clients and for the preparation of the cottage for the next agreed stay according to its internal regulations (use of disinfectants and detergents, washing, wiping, etc.).

The technical manager ensures that the necessary maintenance tasks are carried out, including the care of the fuel, and provides the appropriate experts. Exceptionally, she can substitute for Mrs. by the manager at Check-In.
