Price for the whole cottage (up to 7 persons):
🌞 Summer holidays (July-August)
- 2 900 CZK / night
- Weekly stay only (Saturday-Saturday)
- Arrival: from 16:00 (earlier possible by arrangement)
- Departure: until 10:00
🎄 Christmas stay (20-26 December)
- 21 000 CZK / week (including decoration and wood)
- Price for 5 persons
- Each additional person: 600 CZK / night
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Arrival and departure by appointment
🎉 New Year’s Eve (30. 12.-2. 1.)
- 25 000 Kč / stay 5 osob
- Including a bottle of sparkling wine and wood
- Each additional person: 600 CZK / night
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Each extra night (26.-30. 12. and 2.-4. 1.): 3 000 CZK / night
- In case of interest for a week stay: price by agreement
🐣 Easter stay (Thursday-Monday)
- 20 000 CZK / stay (for 5 persons)
- Each additional person: 400 CZK / night
- Arrival and departure by appointment
❄️ Winter weekends (January-March)
- 8 000 CZK / 2 nights for 4 persons
- Each additional person: 300 CZK / night
⛷️ Winter week stays (January-March)
- 18 000 CZK / week for 5 persons
- 5. – 7. person: +250 CZK / night
🍂 Off season
- Normal weekends: 3 800 CZK / night
- Weekly stays (7+ nights): 2 400 CZK / night
- According to the agreement can be charged:
- 350 CZK / person / night (weekend)
- 300 CZK / person / night (weekdays)
✅ The price includes:
Wi-Fi, Netflix, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, firewood, air conditioning, electricity.
ℹ️ Additional information:
- Maximum capacity: 7 persons
- Price outside holidays valid for 1-4 persons
- 5th to 7th person: +300 CZK / night
- Christmas and New Year’s Eve: price for 5 persons, each additional person: +600 CZK / night
- Dogs welcome free of charge (not allowed on beds or sofas)
💳 Deposit and payment:
- Deposit for stay with dog: 2 000 CZK (refundable)
- Key deposit: 1 500 CZK (not refundable if keys are not returned to the mailbox)
- Deposit: 4 000 CZK by bank transfer to confirm reservation
- Surcharge: at the latest one month before arrival
- Payments: exclusively by bank transfer
❌ Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 2 months before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refundable
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refundable
- One month or less before arrival: deposit is non-refundable
- If the full amount of the stay has been paid: cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival with a 50% refund of the total price
- No-show: deposit and payment are non-refundable
